Promise Benefits Overview

Build and lead Promise’s threat intelligence function by monitoring public platforms, domains, social media, reviews, and records for coordinated attacks. Attribute campaigns using account graphs, stylometry, metadata, and timing; prepare evidence for counsel; pursue platform removals, subpoenas, referrals, and complaints; and protect executives from doxxing, impersonation, phishing domains, and physical-security threats. The role requires rigorous, lawful investigations and clear written reporting.

Own end-to-end relationships with government and utility customers from implementation through renewal and expansion. Understand customer operations and data, coordinate technical delivery, manage projects and milestones, identify revenue growth opportunities, and provide product feedback. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, budgets, account economics, onsite collaboration, and hands-on customer impact in a fast-moving SaaS, fintech, or govtech environment.

Owns government and utility customer deployments from implementation through renewal and expansion. Partners with engineers to design scalable solutions, analyzes customer operations and data, drives adoption, efficiency, revenue impact, and long-term value, and converts field insights into product improvements. Builds trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and travels onsite approximately 40% of the time.
