Responsibilities include designing, building, testing, and validating scheduling functionality; coordinating integrated application workflows; supporting data conversion, training, go-live readiness, and stabilization; resolving issues; and creating documentation and knowledge-transfer materials. The role also partners with operational stakeholders, mentors customer teams, and escalates project risks.

Designs and develops learning solutions for life sciences clients and internal projects, including live and virtual training, workshops, eLearning, and media. Creates presentations, workflows, agendas, storyboards, and scripts; builds eLearning with authoring tools; supports design ideation and internal consulting; manages project tasks, deadlines, files, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. This is a fully remote role with occasional additional hours during project delivery.

Provides senior Epic Resolute Professional Billing consulting for revenue cycle stabilization and implementation projects. Responsibilities include optimizing EMR workflows, translating business requirements into system configuration, creating build documentation and workflow diagrams, managing project risks, coordinating meetings, reporting project status, and developing knowledge-transfer materials. The advisor also mentors customer teams, escalates issues, and supports successful remote project delivery.
