Create, edit, and proofread B2B and B2C marketing content across websites, email, campaigns, thought leadership, sales enablement, events, presentations, video scripts, social media, and paid media. Translate complex information into clear messaging, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, apply SEO and AEO best practices, use generative AI responsibly, manage multiple deadlines, and ensure final content quality and brand consistency.

Own and prioritize the product backlog for AI-centered education and certification features. Write user stories and acceptance criteria, lead refinement and PI Planning, partner with engineering and AI science teams, translate expert needs into deliverable features, contribute to roadmaps, demonstrate products, and communicate with stakeholders and clients.

Supports assessment scoring operations by managing rater workloads, monitoring rating completion, performing score quality assurance, verifying and releasing test results, communicating with raters, and assisting with rater training and certification. Maintains procedures, analyzes rater performance data, supports research and test validation projects, and recommends operational improvements. The role is full-time, remote in British Columbia, with occasional evening and weekend work.
