Analyzes financing, investment needs, cash flow, portfolio performance, budgets, returns, refinancing, and property taxes. Maintains finance and asset management systems, develops financial controls and reports, supports lender negotiations and due diligence, communicates with banking partners, and provides strategic insights to ownership. The role also manages treasury and asset management activities and performs occasional special projects and travel.

Oversee regional capital and renovation projects, including scopes of work, contractor bids, negotiations, schedules, budgets, and progress monitoring. Assess property maintenance issues, determine in-house repair capabilities, and coordinate outside contractors. Manage environmental programs involving asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold; monitor vendor compliance and liability exposure. Provide leadership, training, inspections, and support to onsite maintenance teams while collaborating with property and facilities leadership.

Leads investigations and incident response for escalated security incidents, correlating SIEM, identity, endpoint, network, and cloud data. Coordinates containment and remediation, documents evidence and timelines, tunes detections, develops playbooks, enriches cases with threat intelligence, conducts threat hunts, and improves alert quality and response metrics. Provides escalation support to service desk and junior analysts while managing security tools and contributing to security projects.
