Oversee regional capital and renovation projects, including scopes of work, contractor bids, negotiations, schedules, budgets, and progress monitoring. Assess property maintenance issues, determine in-house repair capabilities, and coordinate outside contractors. Manage environmental programs involving asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold; monitor vendor compliance and liability exposure. Provide leadership, training, inspections, and support to onsite maintenance teams while collaborating with property and facilities leadership.

Leads investigations and incident response for escalated security incidents, correlating SIEM, identity, endpoint, network, and cloud data. Coordinates containment and remediation, documents evidence and timelines, tunes detections, develops playbooks, enriches cases with threat intelligence, conducts threat hunts, and improves alert quality and response metrics. Provides escalation support to service desk and junior analysts while managing security tools and contributing to security projects.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain modern web applications and integrations with Salesforce, content management, and property management systems. Build React and TypeScript solutions, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and maintain reliability. Collaborate with engineering leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on architecture, roadmaps, training, and delivery. Apply secure coding, automated testing, peer reviews, and CI/CD practices while supporting incident leadership and system integrations.
