Supports Boston-area operations by initially performing hands-on field services in cleanrooms, data centers, and other critical environments. Assists with scheduling, personnel deployment, recruiting, training, performance management, quality assurance, customer relationships, safety compliance, equipment and vehicle maintenance, and territory growth. The role expands toward local operations leadership, technician development, customer retention, opportunity identification, and building a sustainable regional team.

Supervises crews of up to 15 technicians at technical and construction job sites. Performs and oversees cleaning and chemical treatment of critical-environment surfaces, ensures safe work practices, transports crews and equipment, resolves job issues, coordinates with operations, sales, and customers, trains and evaluates technicians, manages materials, and completes required documentation.
