Leads regional business development while maintaining individual sales performance. Develops sales plans, identifies and closes opportunities, manages CRM activity, collaborates on solution pricing, and coordinates customer handoffs. Coaches and mentors Business Development Managers, monitors regional KPIs, supports strategic initiatives, resolves escalated issues, and aligns teams with company objectives. Travel up to 20% is required.

Coordinates nationwide service operations by scheduling and dispatching field technicians, managing customer communications, maintaining work orders and records, monitoring service queues, handling urgent requests, tracking assignments and completion, and escalating issues. The role collaborates with sales, project management, operations, and field leadership teams while supporting customer retention, revenue opportunities, reporting, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

Leads pre-commissioning services across a geographic territory, overseeing concurrent data center construction projects and managing 5–8 Project Managers. Owns safety, quality, compliance, financial performance, forecasting, resource allocation, customer relationships, project recovery, and operational standards. Develops leaders, drives continuous improvement, supports sales and growth efforts, and provides executive visibility into risks and opportunities. Extensive travel is required for field leadership, customer engagement, project reviews, and urgent interventions.
