Generate new business opportunities by researching and sourcing leads, conducting cold outreach, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments for account executives, maintaining CRM data, communicating service value, and meeting lead-generation and appointment-setting targets. The role collaborates with sales leadership and account managers to prioritize prospects and ensure smooth handoffs.

Manage contracted services and crews of 4–8 workers on an active construction site. Set daily production goals, coordinate with general contractors, trades, vendors, and the home office, assist with field work, conduct toolbox talks, and complete daily and weekly reports. The role may perform superintendent or technician duties, requires physical work and extended standing, and may involve up to 50 hours weekly, shift changes, and travel.
