Owns clients’ full-cycle accounting functions, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, U.S. GAAP financial reporting, general ledger management, reconciliations, controls, audits, and process improvements. The role advises client leadership, resolves accounting issues, mentors junior staff, and communicates financial insights clearly. It requires adaptability across industries and systems, strong organization, independent execution, and effective use of AI tools to improve accounting workflows.

Serve as the senior financial leader for client engagements, owning close processes, financial reporting, controls, compliance, audit readiness, and accounting operations. Partner with executives on strategic decisions, ERP implementations, M&A, IPO readiness, and restructuring. Lead and mentor accounting teams while improving processes and ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance. The role requires extensive progressive accounting experience, strong ERP knowledge, adaptability, and proficiency with AI tools including Claude Cowork.
