Partners with senior leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent, performance, change, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. Builds a scalable U.S. HRBP service model with clear processes, ownership, handoffs, and service standards. Leads investigations, performance support, career services, and process improvements while using workforce data, case themes, AI, and digital tools to improve HR service quality and decision-making.

Supports cash and intercompany accounting across 1,200+ business units in 12 countries. Responsibilities include processing intercompany recharges, reconciling general ledger balances, preparing accruals, coordinating payments and collections, managing Treasury accounting, completing close activities, supporting audits, and improving billing processes, controls, automation, and accounting tools.

Supports corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, entity formation and maintenance, capital markets due diligence, SEC and NYSE filings, and board and shareholder matters. Prepares and reviews legal documents, maintains corporate records, assists with tax and audit requests, summarizes contracts, and coordinates with internal teams, directors, officers, and external counsel while exercising judgment and escalating issues appropriately.
