The Tax Manager supports U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance, partnership and corporate tax returns, quarterly tax projections, REIT qualification testing, tax research, technical memoranda, tax liability and credit modeling, and financial reporting. The role reviews deferred tax workpapers, disclosures, tax attributes, contingencies, and valuation allowances while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage the design and delivery of investor-facing presentations, ensuring brand consistency and clarity in communications while mentoring junior designers.

Leads entitlement, environmental licensing, permitting, and technical due diligence for real estate development and acquisition projects. Manages regulatory approvals, environmental risks, consultants, schedules, compliance obligations, and mitigation plans from site evaluation through construction and operation. Partners with development, legal, capital deployment, leasing, operations, and pre-construction teams while improving processes and ensuring adherence to legislation and company standards.
