Supports European G&A accounting by maintaining P&L accounts, recording accruals and prepayments, reconciling general ledger and payroll transactions, processing intercompany recharges, and analyzing actual-versus-forecast variances. The role provides US GAAP and local GAAP accounting information, collaborates with finance and accounting teams, supports reporting, and improves processes through documentation, efficiency initiatives, and special projects.

Supports European corporate accounting for capital transactions, tax, statutory adjustments, non-controlling interests, and external debt. Responsibilities include reconciliations, journal entries, NAV calculations, financial statements, special purpose vehicle reviews, transaction coordination, compliance with local GAAP, U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SOX controls, and auditor communication. The role also identifies process improvements and helps implement accounting procedures.

Leads capital deployment across Germany by sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and executing real estate acquisitions, dispositions, developments, joint ventures, and build-to-suit projects. Builds customer, broker, investor, municipal, and market relationships; evaluates market trends and investment risks; coordinates due diligence and cross-functional transaction teams; manages closings, portfolio expansion, forecasting, and project handover.
