Processes high-volume purchase order and non-purchase order invoices, performs invoice matching, resolves exceptions, supports vendor onboarding and payments, reconciles vendor statements, and assists with month-end, year-end, audit, controls, reporting, and process-improvement activities. The role partners with vendors and internal teams while maintaining accuracy, compliance, fraud prevention, and service-level commitments.

Supports real estate capital deployment across Houston, Austin, and San Antonio by sourcing and evaluating acquisitions, developments, redevelopments, and M&A opportunities. Responsibilities include market and macroeconomic research, financial modeling using DCF, pro forma, Argus, and Excel, feasibility analysis, underwriting, investment committee presentations, reporting, and relationship management with brokers and external partners.

Lead execution of multi-country European energy infrastructure projects (initially solar PV) from detailed design through construction, commissioning, and handover. Coordinate local third-party project managers, EPCs, utilities, authorities, customers, and internal teams. Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, technical documentation, procurement support, and stakeholder communication to deliver compliant, safe, on-time, on-budget projects.
