Work with R&D and Bioprocess teams to develop, validate, and run assays characterizing recombinant therapeutic proteins. Perform protein quality analyses (mass, PTMs, aggregation, charge variants), operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments, author methods/SOPs, and ensure GLP-compliant documentation and execution.

Execute upstream mammalian cell culture process development: setup and operate small-scale bioreactors, perform aseptic cell culture (media prep, passaging, inoculation), sample and monitor cultures, maintain electronic lab notebooks, troubleshoot with senior engineers, and support data-driven experimental decisions.

Architect and build a scalable software and controls platform connecting illumination hardware, firmware, cloud infrastructure, and internal tooling. Define interfaces, communication layers, and subsystem boundaries; collaborate with firmware, hardware, data, and bioprocess teams; establish engineering practices, deploy cloud-connected services, and contribute hands-on across the stack while shaping long-term technical direction.
