Partners with product, design, customer success, and DevOps to ship reliable features, resolve production issues, improve CI/CD and testing, and optimize engineering KPIs such as cycle time, WIP, and velocity. The role also supports hiring, performance management, planning, and process improvement in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
