Engineering Manager responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing engineers; guiding architecture and technical decisions; owning team planning, delivery, quality, support escalations, and continuous improvement. The role partners cross-functionally with product, design, customer success, and DevOps, oversees CI/CD and testing practices, manages team KPIs, and supports hiring and performance development in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Lead execution of the product roadmap translating CPO vision into deliverables. Own product workstreams, coach a small PM/design team, drive cross-functional alignment, ground decisions in customer insight and data, and build scalable processes for prioritization, execution, and measurement.
