Owns SMB new-logo pipeline generation through email, outbound SDR, ABM, and event campaigns. Builds campaigns and workflows in HubSpot and Unify, uses AI and performance data for targeting and optimization, writes campaign copy, manages the campaign calendar, partners with Sales, SDRs, Content Marketing, and RevOps, and reports on pipeline performance. This remote U.S. role requires quarterly travel to New Orleans and additional event travel.

Manage a portfolio of SMB distributor accounts throughout the customer lifecycle, driving onboarding, adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion. Develop success plans, monitor account health, conduct business reviews, forecast renewals, and serve as a trusted product advisor. Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams, represent customer feedback, present to leadership, and travel to conferences or customer locations as needed.
