It is based in Berlin and offers €100,000 OTE with uncapped commission.

Coordinate global transportation and timely deliveries, manage third-party communications, establish new international trade lanes, and build long-term customer relationships. The role collaborates across customer success, procurement, product, growth, and engineering teams while using Salesforce for logistics management. Responsibilities also include cost optimization, scaling logistics operations across countries, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment based in Berlin.

Own a strategic digital product domain end to end across discovery, delivery, multiple teams, and initiatives. Lead outcome-driven product decisions, define roadmaps and KPIs, conduct discovery and experimentation, and prioritize high-impact features with Engineering and Design. Influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Engineering while navigating ambiguity, dependencies, and organizational transformation toward a product-led model.
