Develops scalable data models, dashboards, reports, data pipelines, and reporting workflows using Power BI and SQL. Ensures data integrity, supports performance measurement, conducts advanced analysis, and translates program requirements into actionable insights. Supervises data analysts, supports agency-wide performance frameworks, integrates disparate data sources, maintains data structures, and partners with IT on data governance, interoperability, and quality improvement.

Facilitates job-readiness, workforce-skills, and professional-development workshops for adults facing employment barriers. Delivers and adapts curriculum, engages participants, monitors progress, provides coaching, supports recruitment and work-based learning, and maintains attendance, case notes, assessments, and outcomes in Salesforce. Collaborates with program staff to address participation challenges and support training completion, internships, and employment goals.

Provides CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, de-escalation, and reinforcement training to agency staff. Maintains training records, certification tracking, compliance reports, and course assignments in the Relias LMS. Develops training materials and facilitates workshops on human services topics. Travels to Project Renewal locations throughout New York City, supports staff coaching, and collaborates with trainers and program leaders.
