Advise and guide adult learners through application and admissions processes for partner universities, manage student files, conduct discovery sessions, connect students to resources, track admissions progress and data, ensure confidentiality and data accuracy, collaborate with university partners, and report security issues while supporting students through their first week of classes.

Design performance-driven paid media creative for social, display, video, landing pages, and email. Create static and animated assets aligned to university brand standards, support A/B testing, analyze creative performance, collaborate with marketing and media teams using Figma, and maintain asset libraries and templates to scale campaigns.

Serve as the primary contact guiding adult learners through inquiry, application, admissions, and first-term onboarding. Manage student files, conduct discovery sessions, connect students to resources, analyze data to improve conversion, ensure confidentiality and FERPA compliance, collaborate with partner universities, and support students through registration and course launch.
