Conduct high-volume outreach to stopped-out adult learners, understand barriers to returning, and guide students through readmission or re-entry pathways. Manage student pipelines and records in the CRM, apply institution-specific policies, track outreach and handoff metrics, nurture completers, coordinate with campus and internal teams, and provide feedback to improve campaigns, processes, and knowledge resources.

Leads Project Kitty Hawk’s student re-enrollment initiative by developing outbound engagement strategies, segmenting stop-out populations, managing four specialists, and monitoring performance metrics. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, playbook development, campaign coordination, CRM and data integrity oversight, compliance with FERPA and TCPA, institutional partner collaboration, and quantitative and qualitative reporting. The role continuously improves outreach channels, prioritization, messaging, and operational processes to increase student re-engagement and successful return to enrollment.

Advises adult learners through university application and admissions processes, from initial discovery through the first week of classes. Manages student files, tracks admissions progress, identifies educational goals, provides enrollment resources, and supports successful conversion and enrollment. Collaborates with university partners, maintains accurate and confidential records, follows security and data policies, and uses student-management technologies to deliver effective support.
