Provide immigration-focused paralegal support: run legal clinics and know-your-rights workshops, conduct client screenings and intake, schedule and track appointments and deadlines, prepare and file USCIS applications with attorneys or accredited reps, arrange language access, coordinate with service providers, and maintain client records and reporting.

The Program Director oversees daily operations of the Transitional Independent Living Program, ensuring compliance, budget management, staff supervision, and program development while providing clinical support when needed.
