Senior philanthropy leader responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive advancement strategy to grow and diversify philanthropic revenue. Leads major gifts, annual and planned giving, foundation and corporate partnerships, donor stewardship, campaigns, and events. Builds and manages the Advancement team, partners with CEO and Board, oversees CRM and analytics, and serves as public ambassador to expand philanthropic investment and organizational sustainability.

The Program Director oversees daily operations of the Transitional Independent Living Program, ensuring compliance, budget management, staff supervision, and program development while providing clinical support when needed.

Manage administration of government contracts and funding agreements: prepare renewals/amendments, ensure compliance, maintain contract records and registries, support program staff with proposals and reporting, administer government vendor portals, provide guidance and training to staff, and liaise with funders.
