Lead evolution of the services data schema and curation pipeline for a mental-health marketplace. Own sourcing, screening, tagging, QA, and KPI improvements; direct a small team of data specialists, advise tooling and automation, collaborate with product, engineering, and partners, and deliver a documented, repeatable playbook within a six-month engagement.

Lead strategic vision and end-to-end execution of Project Healthy Minds fundraising and VIP events. Own programming, production, vendor and venue negotiations, talent booking, budgets/P&L, guest experience, timelines, and stakeholder reporting while collaborating cross-functionally with Development, Creative, and executive leadership.

The Lead Software Engineer will design and build a data-intensive marketplace platform, focusing on data ingestion, normalization, and technical architecture to support mental health services.
