Designs and publishes interactive e-learning content through an LMS, manages courses, enrollments, assessments, permissions, and learning reports, and supports LMS troubleshooting. Coordinates with training stakeholders, develops training videos and microlearning, manages the WordPress training calendar, tests LMS updates, and helps create operating procedures. Requires collaboration, customer service, technical communication, organization, confidentiality, flexible hours, a background check, a valid driver’s license, vehicle access, and occasional in-state travel.

Lead community outreach, strengthen multidisciplinary team (MDT) collaboration, oversee building administration, staff hiring and development, monitor MDT quality and data, ensure culturally competent services, review abuse reports for system improvements, deliver presentations, and coordinate community engagement across programs.

Lead full grant lifecycle for foundation, public, and federal funders: research prospects, coordinate proposal development and submissions, manage post-award reporting and compliance, monitor legislation, run grant committee, and maintain accurate grant records to support program sustainability.
