Teams at Project Harmony Child Advocacy Center

Coordinates child abuse and neglect cases across multidisciplinary agencies, supports court and family services, facilitates case reviews and training, prepares reports, tracks outcomes, and strengthens trauma-informed services for young children and families. The role requires collaboration with law enforcement, child protective services, attorneys, judges, case managers, and community partners.

Lead community outreach, strengthen multidisciplinary team (MDT) collaboration, oversee building administration, staff hiring and development, monitor MDT quality and data, ensure culturally competent services, review abuse reports for system improvements, deliver presentations, and coordinate community engagement across programs.

Leads HR operations and compliance, including employment law compliance, policy development, employee relations, investigations, HRIS data integrity, payroll oversight, audits, leave and accommodation administration, and internal controls. Partners with organizational leaders to resolve complex employment matters, improve HR workflows, maintain accurate records, and ensure consistent, efficient, and legally compliant practices.
