Manage and administer FIDIC contracts for data centre construction programmes. Develop contracting strategy, pricing and risk allocation. Draft and manage RFPs/ITTs, lead bid evaluations and contract award negotiations. Evaluate, negotiate and settle contractor claims including EOTs, delay damages, loss and expense claims, and final accounts.

Lead the HR/People workstream for a large-scale hospitality transformation. Oversee transition of hundreds of restaurants to a new operating model, manage HR/TUPE processes for portfolio sale and small acquisition, collaborate with transformation team and senior HR leadership to execute implementation for front-of-house teams.

Contract AI Engineer to build an enterprise AI capability: design agentic workflows and Copilot extensions across Microsoft 365 and Salesforce, build production-ready agent solutions (connectors, monitoring, cost controls), translate sales methodology into real-time coaching and CRM insights, and collaborate with GTM leadership to drive behaviour change. Hybrid role in London for 4-6 months (3-4 days/week).
