Provides onsite and remote technical support for enterprise solution implementations. Installs solutions, troubleshoots customer-reported incidents across implementation layers, responds to support tickets, maintains technical documentation, and conducts preventive and corrective maintenance. Collaborates with technical support and engineering teams while supporting databases, operating systems, application servers, cloud orchestration, DevOps tools, directory services, and enterprise infrastructure.

The Business Analyst will gather and document business and technical requirements, ensure solutions meet client needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and deliver quality solutions.

The Projects Coordinator supports banking software implementation projects by managing timelines, resources, and communication among stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
