Consolidate forecasts, publish demand, translate forecasts into orders, manage inventory levels, coordinate suppliers and factories, resolve shortages, create Excel reports and analyses, and facilitate interdepartmental communication.

Coordinate and process shipments for PageWide Web Press: validate orders, perform PGI transactions in SAP S4, prepare export/import and ROSA documents, create SharePoint shipment requests, coordinate material staging/crating, monitor freight forwarders, support urgent shipments, archive records, and join logistics team meetings.
