Hybrid receptionist and accounting assistant role supporting front-desk operations and bookkeeping: greeting visitors, handling calls, maintaining meeting spaces, data entry, preparing invoices, reconciling bills, processing receipts, and assisting with collections and other accounting tasks as assigned.

Prepare, clean, blast, paint, and hydro-test fabricated equipment prior to shipment. Mix and apply industrial coatings, operate sandblasting and hydroblast equipment, inspect tanks for leaks, and operate skid steers, forklifts, lifts, and cranes. Work in varied environments including confined spaces and at heights, follow safety practices, and assist across shop duties.
