Leads monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close operations under US GAAP; oversees general ledger activities, consolidation, reconciliations, variance analysis, SEC reporting, and SOX 404 compliance. Manages and develops accounting staff, partners cross-functionally, and drives AI-enabled process automation, accounting workflow improvements, and technology roadmap development. Requires public-company accounting experience, CPA certification, ERP expertise, and strong SEC reporting and controls knowledge.
