Manage relationships with national wireless retailers and their leadership to drive sales, margin, and operational efficiency. Conduct virtual training and one-on-one meetings, provide lease-to-own technology education, analyze CRM data and performance insights, and support retailer strategic initiatives. The role serves as a Progressive Leasing brand ambassador and may require up to 10% travel.

Leads accounting operations, financial close, audit readiness, internal controls, US GAAP compliance, ERP enhancements, automation, and treasury support. Manages accounting and accounts payable leaders and develops a broader accounting team. Partners with internal controls and external auditors, researches complex accounting matters, prepares technical memos, improves close efficiency, and supports scalable processes across a multi-entity fintech organization.

Own full-cycle recruiting for accounting and finance roles, from intake through signed offer. Responsibilities include developing search strategies, sourcing passive candidates, assessing technical finance and accounting expertise, writing job postings, coordinating interviews, managing offers and negotiations, maintaining accurate ATS records, and reporting pipeline health. The recruiter will manage 8–12 active requisitions independently while partnering effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
