Own the roadmap for data enablement, customer communications, lifecycle journeys, and eMarketing platforms. Translate marketing and business needs into product requirements, partner with engineering and analytics teams, manage vendors, define performance metrics, and lead cross-functional initiatives. The role emphasizes scalable personalization, AI-native workflows, data quality, customer insights, and alignment across marketing, technology, and operations.

Serves as the executive-level liaison for strategic clients and brokers, managing relationships, account profitability, growth plans, contracts, launches, and communications. Develops consultative account strategies, identifies industry trends, supports pre-sales opportunities, monitors financial performance, and coordinates internal, third-party, and client stakeholders. The role requires strong sales or account management experience, analytical skills, project management capabilities, and travel of up to 30%.

Manage and execute risk-based internal audit and advisory engagements, including SOX control assessments. Lead, coach, and evaluate audit staff; assess risks, controls, fraud considerations, and issue severity; review audit programs and reports; coordinate with external auditors; communicate findings and remediation progress to management, ERM stakeholders, and the Audit Committee; and improve audit methodology, tools, AI, and data analytics.
