Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring health conditions, documenting clinical information, implementing care and crisis plans, coordinating appointments and referrals, maintaining supplies, supporting therapies, and training staff. The role requires collaboration with physicians, therapists, direct support professionals, and agency leadership while promoting patient safety, dignity, and independence.

Provides nursing care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including medication administration, health-plan implementation, clinical documentation, vital-sign monitoring, appointment coordination, crisis-plan support, and medication-record management. Collaborates with physicians, therapists, direct-support staff, and agency leadership while training staff and promoting person-centered care, safety, independence, and dignity.

Recruit and onboard employees by managing job postings, application reviews, screenings, interviews, offers, background and registry checks, I-9 and E-Verify requirements, orientation, and hiring documentation. Maintain applicant and employee records, support HR audits and projects, improve recruiting processes, and assist the Vice President of Human Resources. The role requires strong organization, follow-through, confidentiality, communication, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes independently.
