Lead day-to-day accounting operations, manage month-end/quarter/year-end close, oversee payroll/AP/AR/GL, prepare financial reporting, maintain GAAP-compliant controls, manage cash/treasury and banking relationships, supervise a small accounting team, and partner with external tax/accounting advisors.

Lead company technology strategy and manage Engineering & Design Systems, software development, IT infrastructure, web/digital communications, cybersecurity, licensing, budgets, and staff. Drive BIM/VDC execution, technical project management, vendor negotiation, and cross-department collaboration to support engineering projects and company growth.

Perform electrical design for power distribution, machine control, and instrumentation on industrial projects. Produce drawings, cost estimates, material lists, and construction documentation; validate NEC/NFPA code compliance; perform fieldwork and constructability reviews; coordinate with engineers, project managers, clients, and vendors while tracking budgets and schedules.
