Paid, full-time mechanical engineering internship focused on HVAC and plumbing design for building projects. Responsibilities include preparing design documents, building models, contract documents, load and equipment sizing analyses, drafting, code compliance checks, and project coordination. The intern will use Revit, AutoCAD, and BSD Speclink while collaborating with engineers, architects, designers, and project managers.

Coordinate proposal production from initial RFI, RFQ, or RFP outlines through review, quality assurance, approval, and submission. Assign tasks and deadlines, facilitate Go/No-Go meetings, maintain proposal templates, research missing project details, coordinate graphics and written content, and support interview presentation preparation.
