The role manages systems including Swept, QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, Grasshopper, and Google Workspace; coordinates vendors and CPA activities; maintains compliance records; supports budgeting and payroll; and provides leadership across finance, HR, and IT for a distributed commercial cleaning operation.
