Leads PAWS’ organization-wide operations, translating strategy into measurable plans and overseeing animal care, facilities, safety, compliance, financial stewardship, capital projects, and organizational performance. Partners with the CEO, CFO, board, government agencies, funders, and community stakeholders. Develops senior leaders, manages risk, ensures regulatory compliance, strengthens cross-functional coordination, and drives continuous improvement, accountability, and mission impact.
