Lead product security strategy and architecture for the OpenEdge portfolio. Establish secure software development practices, threat modeling, security testing, vulnerability management, platform hardening, compliance, software supply chain security, and incident response processes. Partner with engineering, product, DevOps, legal, and corporate security teams; influence roadmap decisions, advise executives, mentor security champions, and drive security improvements across enterprise software products and cloud, on-premises, container, and AI environments.

Own Federal Civilian, DOJ, and SLED accounts while driving new and expansion revenue. Lead complex enterprise software sales cycles, develop account plans, manage pipelines and forecasts, and navigate public-sector procurement, contract vehicles, compliance, and funding cycles. Build executive and agency stakeholder relationships, coordinate RFPs and renewals, and collaborate with systems integrators, resellers, channel partners, and internal teams to close large public-sector deals.

Provides technical consulting to U.S. government customers, assessing data platforms and defining modernization roadmaps. Designs and implements secure architectures across integration, search, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities; leads delivery from proof of concept through production; builds APIs and data pipelines; troubleshoots complex systems; creates technical documentation; mentors consultants; and supports productionizing semantic search and RAG solutions.
