Progress Foundation Benefits Overview

Supervises staff and oversees client flow in an adult psychiatric acute residential treatment program. Reviews records, coordinates staffing and client data collection, supports staff training, maintains referral relationships, promotes social rehabilitation, advocates for facility needs, and collaborates with mental health providers.

Leads the human resources function, including HR policy development, HRIS administration, employee and labor relations, union compliance, recruiting, training, benefits, workers’ compensation, unemployment processes, employment-law compliance, and supervision of HR staff. Partners with executive and program leadership to improve hiring, retention, employee development, and organizational HR practices across San Francisco and North Bay locations.

The Program Director oversees all operations of the program, ensuring compliance with policies, providing clinical and administrative leadership, and supervising staff and client services in mental health.
