The Program Director oversees operations of an adult psychiatric treatment program, ensuring compliance, supervising staff, and providing direct client service. Duties include liaising with mental health systems, monitoring documentation, and maintaining facility standards.

Supervise staff and manage client flow in a long-term adult psychiatric transitional residential program. Promote social rehabilitation, review charts, assist staff training, coordinate schedules and data collection, maintain required computer records, advocate for facility maintenance, and perform counselor duties as needed.
