Coordinates health and safety activities throughout industrial construction projects. Develops and updates safety programs and emergency plans, participates in risk reviews, monitors contractor prevention programs, verifies worker training and certifications, maintains safety documentation, tracks safety statistics, identifies trends, and prepares monthly reports. Collaborates with construction teams, contractors, suppliers, clients, and project leadership to ensure compliance and implement corrective actions.

Develop and maintain project document control processes, registration systems, electronic filing and archival systems. Review and validate project documentation for completeness and accuracy, support client handover, maintain audit-compliant records, and provide administrative assistance to project teams. The role requires experience in document control and records management within mining, oil and gas, or petrochemical industries, along with Aconex knowledge, Microsoft Office skills, and English-French bilingual communication.

Drive business development and sales growth across the Middle East and Africa by executing regional strategies, prospecting, managing key accounts, presenting solutions, and developing client and partner relationships. Identify opportunities in industrial sectors, understand customer challenges, promote Progesys services, maintain Salesforce and account plans, support marketing campaigns, attend trade shows, and report progress to management.
