Provide specialised administration support to financial planners and clients: act as client contact, manage documentation and CRM, complete transactions (switches, withdrawals, contributions), liaise with providers, ensure data integrity, and support training and process improvements within the Wealth Operations team.

Advise clients on wills, succession, inheritance tax, trusts and probate. Manage a varied caseload, meet clients, draft tailored documents, liaise with counsel and stakeholders, ensure SRA and firm compliance, meet billing targets, and support trainee development while building strong client relationships.
