Lead Progeny's talent acquisition strategy and deliver end-to-end recruitment across the business. Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, build talent pipelines, manage sourcing (including LinkedIn Recruiter and external partners), oversee onboarding, employer branding, diversity initiatives and early careers programmes. Monitor recruitment metrics and drive improvements in quality of hire, time-to-fill, candidate experience and recruitment technology.

Provide personal tax compliance for a portfolio of clients, prepare tax computations and returns, liaise with HMRC, support tax enquiries and advisory projects, and progress toward ATT/CTA qualifications while maintaining deadlines and client relationships.
