Lead and manage a regional team of Client Executives and Paraplanners to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Oversee workflow, capacity, KPIs and compliance; drive standardisation, digitisation and automation; support M&A integration; foster a high-performing, development-focused team culture and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Provide specialised financial planning administration and client-facing support, manage client documentation and accounts, perform trading transactions, liaise with providers, maintain CRM and data integrity, and support colleagues through coaching and process management.

Lead a high-performing regional advisory team by driving commercial performance, coaching planners, monitoring KPIs, ensuring FCA compliance, and delivering excellent client outcomes through strategy and operational oversight.
