Own day-to-day office operations for the SF office: supplies, maintenance, security, vendor coordination, onboarding touchpoints, event support, and being the primary in-office point person to ensure a functional, organized workplace.

Serve as the HR business partner for the Go-to-Market organization, advising leaders on org design, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, promotions, and change management. Lead GTM HR cycles (reviews, comp, promotions), analyze people metrics to recommend interventions, partner with TA and specialists, and coach managers to scale a high-growth commercial org.

Provide hands-on HR generalist support for the London office, with emphasis on GTM teams. Own onboarding, policy interpretation, performance management, employee relations, HR systems, hiring/onboarding logistics, compliance with UK employment law, manager coaching, and core HR cycles while helping build People processes and culture.
