Teams at Profound

Lead Profound’s design vision and team while shaping an AI-native product experience. Partner with founders, product, and engineering leaders on strategy; establish design systems and quality standards; hire and develop designers; guide visual and interaction design; prototype hands-on; and use customer research and data to create intuitive experiences for complex workflows, analytics, and AI agents.

Own end-to-end GTM enablement programs, including needs analysis, curriculum and content development, live training, manager coaching, technology adoption, and performance measurement. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and RevOps leaders to address performance gaps, support onboarding and ongoing development, and improve business outcomes. The role also drives scalable program documentation, stakeholder alignment, and continuous iteration across revenue teams.

Leads and develops a customer-facing Forward Deployed Marketing Engineering team. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, managing performance, leading onsite customer engagements, setting delivery standards, building partner capability, coordinating account delivery, collaborating with Product and Engineering, and turning successful marketing workflows into repeatable templates and playbooks.
