Three-month Finance and Operations Intern supporting financial transaction entry, journal preparation, vendor and bank payment workflows, document archiving, basic financial data analysis, reporting, presentations, tables, charts, literature reviews, filing, and general administrative support. The role is based in Jakarta and provides practical exposure to accounting processes, financial reporting, project administration, and organizational systems.

Supports visual content creation, copywriting, corporate communications, event logistics, and internal and external engagement. The intern will design branded assets, edit photos and videos, write articles and social media content, coordinate event setup and vendors, and attend meetings or events. The role is based in Jakarta for a minimum three-month university internship beginning in January 2027.

Leads Proforest’s global communications strategy, brand, messaging, editorial planning, digital channels, media relations, internal communications, and thought leadership. Coordinates communications across five regions, advises senior leadership, translates complex sustainability knowledge into accessible content, oversees information and data-based communications, and builds organizational capability through mentoring and training. The role also manages change, projects, stakeholder relationships, and cross-cultural collaboration while adapting communications practices to the impact of AI.
