Develop and evaluate generative and predictive deep learning models for protein and nucleic acid design; curate large biomolecular datasets; collaborate with computational and experimental teams to validate models and shape company ML strategy.

Hands-on lab role developing scalable pooled mammalian screening and DNA workflows to validate AI-designed enzymes. Design and optimize high-throughput transfections and cell-based assays, generate poly/monoclonal lines, quantify editing via NGS, and collaborate with ML, bioinformatics, and automation teams. Maintain SOPs, ELNs, mentor junior staff, and drive adoption of screening technologies.
