Manage client onboarding projects from assignment through go-live, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating tasks, timelines, reporting, development requests, feature ideas, and integrations. Collaborate with pre-sales, project management, and travel-tech teams to deliver successful SaaS implementations. The role requires hospitality and hotel-industry knowledge, technical aptitude, client-facing experience, Polish and English proficiency, and occasional travel for client visits.

Generate qualified meetings with hotel technology customers across APAC by owning outbound sales, data sourcing, enrichment, lead generation, outreach, campaign execution, A/B testing, and performance reporting. The role uses HubSpot and prospecting tools to identify decision-makers, optimize messaging, collaborate with marketing and sales, and consistently achieve monthly meeting targets.
