Provides technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, operating system, and network issues onsite and remotely. Maintains IT systems, documentation, and operational procedures; collaborates on process improvements; and monitors potential security risks. The role requires basic macOS and Windows knowledge, troubleshooting ability, English and Polish proficiency, teamwork, and willingness to develop IT skills. Basic networking knowledge and scripting are preferred.

Own the Suite platform roadmap, including shared navigation, administration, authentication, permissions, onboarding, multi-property management, and support knowledge features. Lead discovery with hoteliers and internal teams, use data and AI-supported analysis to prioritize improvements, and coordinate delivery across product and operational stakeholders. The role focuses on reducing onboarding time, enabling hotel groups to manage portfolios, improving self-service, and delivering a consistent multi-tenant SaaS experience.

Own the Suite platform roadmap for a hospitality SaaS product, including shared platform components, onboarding, administration, multi-property management, authentication, permissions, and support tools. Conduct customer discovery, prioritize improvements using data and AI-assisted analysis, and coordinate with internal teams and product stakeholders. The role requires hospitality experience, SaaS platform expertise, strong communication, and fluency in Polish and English.
