Lead a specialized DevOps team responsible for complex cloud and VM infrastructure. Design, automate, secure, monitor, and maintain distributed platforms; develop CI/CD pipelines; support software releases; manage Kubernetes, containers, cloud environments, and infrastructure-as-code; troubleshoot operational issues; and guide technical direction. The role requires leadership, strong Linux and cloud expertise, GitOps and observability experience, automation skills, and Polish and English communication abilities.

Own software solutions end to end, from technical discovery and architecture through implementation, testing, release, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Backend-focused engineers work with PHP, Laravel or Symfony, APIs, distributed systems, databases, caching, and queues. Full-stack engineers work with TypeScript, Vue.js, PHP, Laravel, UX, and maintainable frontend systems. The role requires product judgment, cross-functional collaboration, production ownership, Polish and English communication, and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
