Manage and maintain prospect database and CRM, perform data audits and imports, generate recurring and ad-hoc sales reports, support CRM integrations and sales tools, troubleshoot issues, document workflows, and partner with Sales and IT to improve processes and data quality.

Lead expense-reduction engagements, drive P&L and practice strategy, sell and renew client contracts, build C-suite relationships, manage 2-4 direct reports, deliver measurable savings, create performance dashboards, resolve project issues, and lead improvement initiatives across departments.

Support sales and marketing through design and management of collateral, execute and report on events and trade shows, manage website content and social media, run email marketing campaigns, liaise with lead-generation vendors, train sales on marketing tools, maintain sales lists, and provide on-site event support as needed.
