Lead client account management to maximize savings, sell renewals and new projects, build and maintain C-level relationships, track performance and forecasts, resolve project issues, manage dashboards, mentor 2-4 direct reports, and drive cross-department improvement initiatives.

Support Business Development by preparing vendor payment history reports, conducting comprehensive reviews and gap analyses, reviewing vendor contracts, analyzing client/prospect costs, creating presentation materials for account managers, coordinating with internal teams, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and performing minimal travel to client offices in the US and Canada.

Consult with CFOs/CIOs to assess client infrastructure, vendor contracts, and pricing to develop and negotiate expense-reduction strategies. Analyze and present data, manage project timelines, monitor industry trends, support sales with value propositions, and maintain client and vendor relationships to deliver measurable cost savings.
