Personally oversees large-scale ICT integration projects for enterprise clients, managing scope, budgets, timelines, vendors, quality, and handover. Serves as the senior client contact, presents to executives, manages stakeholder relationships, and monitors portfolio financials, KPIs, forecasting, and performance.

Leads end-to-end ICT integration projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, changes, procurement, vendors, stakeholders, and project reporting. Serves as the primary client liaison and coordinates cross-functional technical teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and successful project closure.
