Manages production planning and control for assigned semiconductor fabrication lines, ensuring material availability and schedule adherence. Coordinates with vendors, purchasing, engineering, quality, and operations to resolve shortages, clear receiving inspections, process purchase orders, and maintain product standards. The role supports an engineer-to-order environment, manages vendor relationships, troubleshoots production control issues, and may coordinate customer delivery schedules.

Leads new product and process introductions in semiconductor manufacturing, developing, qualifying, and scaling cleaning, wet chemistry, coating, equipment, and production processes. The role manages process qualification, equipment installation and commissioning, troubleshooting, SPC, process matching, customer qualifications, and continuous improvement across multiple sites. It also provides technical guidance, supports customer-facing projects, and manages technical projects involving cost, schedule, quality, and safety.

Operates and sets up grinding machines, selects and calibrates grinding wheels and attachments, removes coatings, deburrs and blends steel to specified tolerances, and inspects finished parts. Completes router paperwork, updates production trackers, performs preventive maintenance, documents issues, follows safety procedures, and maintains housekeeping. Requires attention to detail, blueprint interpretation, hand and power tool knowledge, and manufacturing machinery experience.
