Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce tight-tolerance components, fixtures, tooling, and weld-prep features for semiconductor gas delivery systems. Use Fusion 360 CAM, inspect parts with precision measurement equipment, interpret drawings and GD&T, maintain traceability, and support TIG/orbital welding fabrication. The role also involves troubleshooting, quality compliance, safety, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Lead day-to-day operations for a high-volume automotive manufacturing plant producing robotic welded assemblies. Responsibilities include managing safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, KPIs, Lean initiatives, budgets, staffing, capital projects, customer audits, launches, and equipment installations. The role also develops supervisors and plant leaders while partnering with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Production teams.

Develop and optimize advanced coating chemistries and thermal spray processes for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing applications. Design experiments, troubleshoot formulations and processes, characterize coating performance, establish process controls, and scale technologies into production. Collaborate with engineering and NPI teams on trials and production transitions, support customer technical activities, document findings, and contribute to intellectual property protection. International travel is required for training, development, and customer or project support.
