Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, candidate communication, and hiring-manager advising. Develop sourcing strategies, coordinate interviews, evaluate applicants, conduct outreach, build relationships with educational and community institutions, attend career fairs, and support recruitment projects. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, adaptability, urgency, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Manages day-to-day office operations while handling accounts payable and receivable tasks. Responsibilities include processing invoices and payments, preparing customer statements, reconciling accounts, following up on past-due balances, maintaining records, answering inquiries, coordinating schedules, managing supplies and vendors, and supporting administrative projects. The role requires organization, accuracy, initiative, communication skills, and proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

Design, program, integrate, troubleshoot, and commission industrial automation and control systems. Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications; integrate VFDs, instrumentation, remote I/O, and industrial networks; and support automated process and manufacturing systems. Participate in startup, commissioning, field troubleshooting, project planning, documentation, and coordination with electrical design, panel fabrication, project management, suppliers, contractors, and customers. Handle ITAR-controlled technical data according to company security and compliance procedures.
