Senior finance leader reporting to the CFO who directs global accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, payroll, audit, and compliance. Leads budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, ASC 606 revenue recognition, internal controls, and multi-entity GAAP financial statements while optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ERP integrations, and AI-enabled automation. Builds and mentors a global finance team and serves as primary finance partner for organizational strategy and financial governance.

Drive outbound prospecting to generate qualified sales opportunities for media, sponsorship, partnerships, and events. Research targets, engage decision-makers via email/phone/LinkedIn, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and maintain pipeline in Salesforce. Collaborate with Business Development Directors and internal teams globally to support account-based strategies, reporting, and revenue growth. Represent the organization at industry events and support go-to-market initiatives.
