Per-diem mobile Registered Nurse who schedules and conducts in-home clinical research visits for adults. Performs phlebotomy, IVs, subcutaneous injections, vitals, ECGs, urine tests, specimen handling, and documents accurate source records. Works M-W during business hours; coordinates with clinical teams and maintains required certifications and state RN licensure.

Review client medical records and clinical documentation, research diagnoses and treatments, and draft letters of medical necessity for authorizations, recertifications, denials, and level-of-care changes. Communicate with team members for clarifications and manage assigned client caseloads.

Support revenue accounting and recurring billing processes, manage invoicing and accounts receivable, perform month/quarter/year-end close tasks, prepare revenue journal entries and reconciliations, ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, partner with Finance/Operations/IT to resolve billing discrepancies and improve automation and reporting.
