Teams at Professional Care Medical Practice PC

Provide clinical monitoring, coordination, and implementation of mental health services for inmates at Ulster County Jail. Act as liaison with external psychiatric/psychological providers, document and monitor treatment response, facilitate admissions/placements, participate in quality assurance and committees, deliver in-service education, assist in suicide prevention, and maintain confidentiality and credentialing.
