Provides customer service and technical product information for safety, MRO, industrial supply, and abrasive products. Responsibilities include researching and sourcing products, recommending alternatives, preparing quotes, entering orders, checking pricing and availability, tracking deliveries, supporting outside sales, identifying sales opportunities, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining product knowledge. This is an in-office Monday-Friday role with ongoing training.

Drive sales growth for CNC cutting tools and metalworking solutions across the Dallas-Fort Worth territory. Develop new business, expand existing accounts, advise machinists and manufacturing professionals on tooling applications, and recommend process improvements that increase productivity and reduce machining costs. The role requires established manufacturing customer relationships, technical metalworking expertise, and a successful outside sales track record. Compensation includes a $90,000–$95,000 base salary, commission, and target earnings of $175,000–$200,000.

Processes vendor order acknowledgments, updates purchase orders in ERP systems, monitors supplier communications, tracks shipments and delivery commitments, resolves discrepancies, and maintains accurate inventory and receiving records. The role coordinates with suppliers and internal teams, supports warehouse and inventory activities, responds to expedite requests, and identifies workflow improvements through automation. It also requires general office support, data entry, customer service, and professional vendor communication.
