Provide operational HR support across global, distributed teams: benefits administration, compliance with employment laws, employee relations, reporting, and coordination with Legal and Global EORs. Support HR programs, handle inquiries, and assist events and cross-functional needs.

Lead medium to large Salesforce IT projects from initiation to launch. Plan and run agile/scrum ceremonies, manage scope, budget, schedule and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project tools (Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Asana), and serve as primary client contact to ensure high client satisfaction.

Recruit and manage full lifecycle technical hiring across Poland, EU, and LATAM. Source candidates, screen and interview, coordinate offers and onboarding, maintain ATS pipelines and metrics, partner with hiring managers, and improve recruitment processes while staying current on regional hiring trends.
