Own AI product features end to end, from customer discovery and concept development through full-stack implementation, production release, measurement, and continuous improvement. Build reliable LLM applications, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and intuitive user experiences. Collaborate with customers, product management, and customer success while using usage data, feedback, and evaluations to guide decisions. Work remotely from Germany with no people-management responsibility.

Develop and operate MAIA, a generative AI platform featuring agent systems, RAG pipelines, external-system integrations, and knowledge search. Own features from concept through continuous improvement, integrate and evaluate language models, improve performance and reliability, and build secure isolated execution environments. The role requires strong backend engineering, practical LLM experience, product thinking, agentic development, security awareness, and proactive remote communication. No people management responsibility is required.

Develop and ship MAIA’s generative AI platform, including agent systems, RAG pipelines, integrations, model evaluation, secure tool execution, and performance improvements. Own features from concept through continuous improvement, collaborate with product management, and build reliable backend systems for large knowledge bases. The role requires strong software engineering, practical LLM experience, product thinking, security awareness, proactive remote communication, and fluent English. There is no people-management responsibility.
