Leads school operations and enrollment across two charter-school campuses. Manages campus operations directors and enrollment staff; establishes systems, KPIs, accountability, and operating standards. Oversees enrollment cycles, family experience, safety, emergency preparedness, facilities, transportation, food service, vendors, compliance, and operational readiness. Uses data to improve outcomes, develops leaders, manages cross-functional partnerships, and supports school openings, emergencies, and other critical operational periods.

Provide direct therapeutic and counseling services to students with IEPs, deliver individual and small-group interventions, develop and monitor counseling-related IEP goals, collaborate with educators, families, and providers, document progress, and support students' social-emotional and behavioral functioning within the school setting.

Support students with disabilities under licensed staff direction by assisting with instruction, behavior interventions, ADLs, and medical needs. Collect and document data, follow IEPs and behavior plans, maintain safety and confidentiality, and collaborate with teachers, families, and service providers. Participate in required training, including a 3-week August training and required certifications.

The Educational Assistant supports students with disabilities in academics and behavior under licensed staff guidance. Responsibilities include instructional support, data collection, assistance with daily living, and ensuring a safe learning environment.
