Lead hands-on analytics and experimentation to produce actionable insights for product, lifecycle marketing, and monetization. Build segmentation, propensity scores, and statistical frameworks (Bayesian and frequentist) for A/B testing, partner with engineering to enable reliable data foundations, mentor junior team members, and translate analyses into clear business recommendations.

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and distributed microservices using Golang and modern front-end frameworks. Optimize relational data models and queries, implement event-driven services (Kafka), improve CI/CD and observability, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and performant systems.

Manage a portfolio of publisher accounts to support performance, retention, and revenue goals. Execute day-to-day account tasks, monitor campaign performance, communicate with partners and internal teams, identify trends, follow processes, and collaborate cross-functionally while building publisher strategy and monetization knowledge.
