Develop and support full-stack web applications for Source-to-Pay business processes. Leads complex technical, digital transformation, AI, analytics, infrastructure, and cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. Translates business objectives into technical roadmaps, manages scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and executive communication. Coordinates engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders while embedding security, compliance, governance, and responsible AI practices. Evaluates emerging technologies and oversees pilots, platform enhancements, and multiple concurrent strategic initiatives.

The Business Development Representative identifies and qualifies prospective members through high-volume cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels. The role requires 50–75 daily calls, lead research, CRM maintenance, follow-up, and scheduling qualified meetings for sales teams. The representative attends scheduled meetings, collaborates with Partner Development, Member Development, and Marketing teams, and shares effective prospecting strategies with peers.
