Books and manages diverse performing arts and entertainment programming across multiple venues. Responsibilities include negotiating with artists and agents, managing contracts, budgets, offers, settlements, production advances, programming calendars, risk, marketing coordination, and event execution. The role researches industry trends, supports community and cross-departmental initiatives, provides event coverage, and maintains relationships with artists, promoters, venues, and internal stakeholders.

Coordinate costumes for four middle-school theatre productions, including sourcing, construction, alterations, fittings, wardrobe management, rehearsals, performances, and strike. Teach students sewing, distressing, dyeing, and wardrobe maintenance while facilitating workshops and maintaining safe, inclusive learning environments. Communicate program needs and challenges to the Program Manager and collaborate with directors, school partners, and students.
