Support federal construction project controls including schedule and cost tracking, maintain RFIs/submittals/change order logs, manage PMIS documentation, perform field inspections, assist PMs with reporting, risk management, pay application reviews, and ensure federal compliance and quality control.

The Director of Proposals leads a team, provides strategic direction and expertise for proposals, ensuring compliance and quality in response to government solicitations.
