Supports project controls for federal construction projects by tracking RFIs, submittals, schedules, costs, change orders, risks, safety, inspections, and contractor performance. Maintains project documentation and logs within PMIS systems, assists with reporting, pay application reviews, meetings, and look-ahead planning, and coordinates with contractors, design teams, government clients, and other stakeholders. Requires regular onsite work in active construction environments.

Develops, maintains, analyzes, and reports schedules for complex federal construction, infrastructure, facility, and commissioning programs. Reviews contractor schedules, evaluates critical paths and schedule risks, forecasts milestones, prepares look-ahead schedules and performance reports, and coordinates integrated program schedules. The role requires regular onsite work in active construction environments and eligibility to obtain a NACI/Top Secret clearance.

Leads day-to-day execution of a major federal capital program, coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction teams, stakeholders, contractors, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, commissioning, security, reporting, and closeout. Develops governance frameworks, manages program performance and resources, resolves issues, validates contractor progress, and supports executive decision-making. Requires regular onsite presence in active construction environments.
