Lead and measure global technical support for ProcessUnity's TPRM platforms. Manage L2 support team, own escalations for enterprise accounts, partner with engineering on triage, run AI-driven support/knowledge programs, improve processes and SLAs, and report support health to leadership.

Drive revenue in EMEA by owning full sales cycles from discovery to contract, acquire new customers, collaborate with pre-sales, partners, and Customer Success for implementations, maintain product and market knowledge, and track pipeline, forecasts, and sales metrics to meet targets.

The Account Executive will drive growth in the Mid-Market segment by developing and closing high-value sales opportunities in TPRM, GRC, and cybersecurity, while maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
